WHAT IS INTERNET MARETING

Internet Marketing are the various ways goods and services are advertised, introduced and brought to the reach of a targeted customer. There are various methods of advertising online. Major among these system of advertising are as follows.

PAID MARKETING

Paid Marketing is a type of internet marketing by which payment is based solely on qualifying CLICK-THROUGHSOR or qualifying ACTIONS on the internet.

1. ARTICLE MARKETING

This is a method of marketing by writing articles. Article Marketing can be used to grow your business, establish yourself as an expert in your target market, and generate traffic to your website.

1. PAY PER CLICK

PAY PER CLICK is an online advertising payment model in which payment is based solely on qualifying click-throughs.
In a PPC agreement, the advertiser only pays for qualifying clicks to the destination site based on a prearranged per-click rate. Popular PPC advertising options include per-click advertising networks, search engines, and affiliate programs. Paying per click is sometimes seen as a middle ground between paying per impression and paying per action. When paying per impression, the advertiser assumes the risk of lowquality traffic generated by the publisher. When getting paid for actions, the publisher assumes
the risk of low-converting offers by the advertiser. In the PPC model, the publisher does not have to worry about the sales conversion rate of the target site, and the advertiser does not have to worry about how many impressions it takes to attract the specified number of clicks. The terms pay-per-click (PPC) and cost-per-click (CPC) are sometimes used interchangeably,
sometimes as distinct terms. When used as distinct terms, PPC indicates payment based on clickthroughs, while CPC indicates measurement of cost on per-click basis for contracts not based on click-throughs.

2. EMAIL MARKETING

This is a process by which products or services are promoted via email. Email is a very versatile medium. Formats ranges from simple text to HTML & rich media. Content can be one-size-fits-all or highly customized.
AUTORESPONDER: They are softwares that help you automate your email based on permission marketing, where potential website visitors drop their email through an optin form given you permission to send them Opt-in email messages. An auto responder is used in email marketing to automate your pre-written or preformatted email and send them at an intervals already preset by you. Opt-in email is an email that is explicitly requested by the recipient. "single opt-in" vs. "double opt-in"
The term single opt-in simply means that actions were taken to sign up for the email in question.
The term double opt-in means that the subscriber has actively confirmed their subscription, typically by responding to an automatically-generated message sent to the email address. Proponents of double opt-in may not actually use that term, as they feel any email labeled "optin" must be verified.

2.COST-PER-ACTION (CPA) OR PAY PER ACTION (PPA)

COST-PER-ACTION (CPA) or PAY PER ACTION (PPA) is an online advertising payment model in which payment is based solely on qualifying actions such as sales or registrations. The actions defined in a cost-per-action agreement relate directly to some type of conversion,
with sales and registrations among the most common. This does not include deals based solely on solely clicks, which are referred to specifically as cost-per-click or CPC. Perhaps the most widespread use of performance-based pricing is affiliate marketing, whereby merchants/advertisers determine what actions they want to reward and how much they are willing to pay.

3. FORUM MARKETING

Forum is an online community where visitors may read and post topics of common interest. Forums can be very useful for anyone doing business online, both in terms of reading the content and actively participating in the discussions. Reading a forum's archives can be a good way to obtain a basic knowledge about a topic, and it also provides a historical perspective on trends and opinions. Participation, whether as a member, moderator, or owner, can help one achieve recognition within a business community, and may even generate highly-qualified business leads. Forums differ, however, in their treatment of self-promotion; some disallow any hint of self-promotion, some are geared specifically towards self-promotion, and many fall somewhere in between, limiting URL's to an off-the-page member profile. It is very important to read the terms and conditions of each particular forum for a basic guideline as to what are acceptable. Additionally, it is a good idea to read archived posts in order
to see the guidelines in action. Failure to do so can have negative consequences, including tarnishing your site's reputation and getting permanently banned from the community.
